E3: More Nintendo Goodness
Ok, so lately this site has been looking like it’s being run by a bunch of Nintendo fanboys. While I think I can safely say that both Thom and I enjoy products from Nintendo, I would argue that both of us are just gaming fans in general — with no brand allegiance — and in fact, I am personally more of a PC gamer than anything else. What it all boils down to is that Nintendo is coming out with the hot products right now. They might not have the best graphics, the richest sound, or the cutting edge hardware, but what Nintendo does have is style — and a lot of it!
So, to further speed up our rocket-sled into the depths of Nintendo-nerddom, I offer these links for your viewing enjoyment:

How about we top this off with a bit of Duck Hunt action off the show floor?
Are you excited for the Wii release?

The Wii stuff does look really cool, but that’s not stand-alone game stuff. I wonder how they’re going to package all these mini-game type apps they’re demoing at E3 — optimistically assuming they’re going to actually be released to consumers at some point.
Wouldn’t it be rad if this was part of Mario Galaxy? It would be just like the old days! haha
Where’s R.O.B?!?!?!

They could easily release things like Duck Hunt as a stand-alone game and just make it cheap. Like $20. I’d pay that. My wife was very excited when she saw that movie, apparently Duck Hunt was her favorite game as a kid.
